An owner with two units at a meeting vote on a special levy. Unit 35 has voted. Unit 75 is not checked in, so the owner's phone shows no ballot for it. The meeting desk checks unit 75 in, the count goes from 74 to 75 of 75 units present, the ballot appears, and unit 75 casts its own vote.
