If you are a trustee, Management is grouped into sections like Community, Operations and Governance. Tap a section to open it, then tap the page you need. 3. Go home anytime: Tap Home near the top of the menu to return to your dashboard summary.

It appears under My Requests with a status you can check later.

Read the statement: Charges raise the balance, recorded payments lower it, and the closing balance is what is currently owed. Use Print statement for a copy. 3. Pay the scheme directly: The How to pay section shows the scheme’s own bank account and payment reference. Pay by EFT to the scheme. Votera never receives the money.

Run the monthly levies (board)

Set each property’s monthly levy: Open a property from the levy roll and save its monthly amount. Amounts come from your registered levy schedule, not a formula. 3. Generate the month, then record payments: One click posts the month to every configured property, and clicking twice cannot double-post. As payments land in the scheme’s bank account, record them against the right property so every statement stays current.
