Steps
Start a new request
Open the menu and tap New Request, or go to My Requests → New.
Describe the problem
Use a short title (“Gate motor not closing”) and add enough detail for the caretaker to find it.
Submit and track
Submit the request. It appears under My Requests with a status you can check later.
